There are many audition programmes thesedays in Korea.
Superstar K, 위대한탄생, Korea's Got Talent, Kpop Star, Top Band,
Global Super Idol, I am a singer, etc.
Voice of Korea is one of those, too.

It is inspired by Voice of US in USA.
Coaches are;
Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine(Maroon5), Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green.
There are 4 coaches(judges) in Voice of Korea,
Shin Seunghun, Baek Jiyoung, Kangta(SM:HOT), Gil(Leessang)
Auditioners get picked by each of those 4 judges
and get trained by them.
and perform every week.
It's a live survival programme.
The person who get picked will go to the next round.
Now it's at Episode 10
and there are 24singers left.
The winner will be prized 300,000US
and a Nissan Cube Car
and the most importantly a trip to USA and UK with coaches
and will be given many opportunities.
